About ELX Partnerships

ELX is not an industry association or a sponsorship platform. It is an invitation-only partnership for companies that bring strategic value, contribute insight, and enhance the experience for the most senior corporate event leaders in the world. By the end of 2026, the community is projected to include 400 senior leaders overseeing more than 240,000 events.

Suppliers cannot join as individual members. The only way to be involved is through our strategic partnership model. We offer limited spots in each category (agency, destination, DMC, technology provider, AV, and others) and select partners based on strategic alignment and their ability to add distinct value to a carefully curated ecosystem.

Who We Select

We don’t look for the most partners, we look for the right ones.

Each year, only a select few are invited to join the ELX partner community. We evaluate based on:

Strategic alignment with ELX’s mission and evolving needs of members
Industry leadership and ability to deliver unique insights.
Exclusivity and Diversity– only one new partner per category, with minimal overlap.
Commitment to value- Partners are selected based on strategic contribution and member value, not sales-driven interest.
