About the ELX Summit Series
The ELX Summit Series is a pair of intimate gatherings designed specifically for senior corporate event leaders within the Event Leaders Exchange community.
Smaller in scale than the ELX Annual Congress, each Summit is intentionally capped to maintain the more intimate format ELX events are known for. This creates space for focused peer exchange, practical discussion, and deeper connection around the challenges shaping corporate event programs today.
Held in both Europe and North America, the Summits give members greater flexibility to attend the location that best suits their schedule and travel needs, with similar content and themes delivered across both events.
As with all ELX events, discussions are conducted under the Chatham House Rule, creating a trusted environment for open, honest, and constructive conversation.

Two Ways to Attend an ELX Summit
To give members greater flexibility, ELX hosts two Summits: one in Europe and one in North America.
Locations will be announced for each Summit later this month.
Europe: 7-9 December 2026
North America: 8-10 February 2027
How To Register
ELX Summits are open to ELX members and invited ELX Strategic Partners only.
Registration for each ELX Summit will be available through the dedicated event page for each location once registration opens.
Members are encouraged to choose the Summit that best suits their location, schedule, and travel preferences. The European and North American Summits will follow similar content and themes, so members do not need to attend both.
