The ELX Forum in collaboration with IMEX America is returning for 2026

Members are invited to join ELX Tuesday morning, on October 13, 2026

The ELX Forum at IMEX America gives members a dedicated opportunity to come together during one of the industry’s most important weeks.

This year, ELX have implemented a brand new format. Our ELX Forum is now a half day event, and completely focused on professional development.

The program is intentionally designed to make strong use of members’ time while complementing the IMEX America experience, giving ELX members a private space for deeper conversation and connection.

Our Forum brings together senior corporate event leaders for a half-day of networking and professional development, with food and beverage provided.

All discussions are conducted under the Chatham House Rule, creating space for open, honest, and constructive conversation.

The ELX Forum at IMEX America is open to ELX members and partners only. There is no registration fee to attend the Forum.

Inside ELX: Professional Development for Event Leaders

Alongside the members-only ELX Forum, ELX will host a panel at IMEX America, giving the wider industry a look at some of the conversations taking place within the Event Leaders Exchange community.

Drawing on themes from ELX’s Future-Ready Leaders research and the professional development workshop taking place earlier that day, ELX members will share their key takeaways, how they plan to apply them within their organizations, and the leadership challenges shaping the event profession in 2026.

The session will be emceed by Chloe Richardson, ELX Head of Content, with panelists:
