Hannah Elston
As Manager of Marketing & Communications at Event Leaders Exchange (ELX), Hannah drives community engagement and manages all communication channels at ELX. Since joining ELX in 2023, she has delivered high-impact forums, summits, and congresses across Europe and the US, while also emceeing and speaking at leading industry gatherings including The Meetings Show, IMEX Frankfurt & America, and International Confex.
Recognised as one of the industry’s rising voices, Hannah was named a Tomorrow’s Talent 2025 winner, featured on Courtney Stanley’s Women to Watch 2025 list, and named a finalist for the Chris Peacock Rising Star of the Year Award at the 2025 M&IT Awards.
A passionate advocate for the next generation of event professionals, Hannah was also part of the Fast Forward 15 mentee cohort (2024/2025). She continues to champion mentorship and career development as vital tools for growth, with a focus on bridging the gap between emerging talent and senior leaders.
