ELX Annual Congress 2027 Heads to Seattle Following Record Year of Growth
Event Leaders Exchange announces Seattle as the next destination for the ELX Annual Congress, taking place August 9–12, 2027 at the Hyatt Regency Seattle in collaboration with strategic partner Visit Seattle.
Event Leaders Exchange (ELX) has announced that the ELX Annual Congress 2027 will take place in Seattle, bringing its growing global community of senior corporate event leaders together at the Hyatt Regency Seattle on August 9–12, 2027.
The event will be delivered in collaboration with Visit Seattle, joining ELX as event partner to help bring the 2027 Congress experience to life in the city.
The announcement follows a significant year of growth for the ELX Annual Congress. In 2026, the flagship event at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas welcomed double the attendance of the previous year, while continuing to prioritize the trusted peer exchange, candid conversation and strong relationships that define the ELX community.
Seattle will provide the next setting for ELX members to come together, exchange perspectives and continue the conversations shaping leadership at the top of corporate events.
The Hyatt Regency Seattle & the Seattle Convention Center Summit building.
Located in the heart of downtown Seattle, the Hyatt Regency will serve as the primary home of the 2027 Congress, with the nearby Seattle Convention Center Summit Building adding another distinctive Seattle setting to the overall Congress experience.
The ELX Annual Congress is designed exclusively for ELX members and creates dedicated space for senior corporate event leaders to step away from delivery, share perspectives with true peers and discuss the realities of leading complex event functions.
As the event continues to grow, its purpose remains consistent: creating a trusted environment for connection, shared learning and honest conversation among leaders working at a similar level of responsibility and complexity. This reflects the direction established at the 2026 Congress, where growth in attendance was matched by a continued focus on maintaining the close-knit character of the ELX community.
