Between February 1 and 3, 2023, the Annual Congress brought together global event leaders to connect with their peers to realize the power of community. Over the packed 1.5 days, ELX members tackled topics that matter most through collective intelligence, driving global changes as a united front. 

The Annual Congress was all about participation. To step beyond dealing with challenges in solitude. Together, through inspiring conversations and collaborations over a series of breakout sessions, we found new answers and ideas to issues that the event programs are facing. 

We thank everyone who has collaborated and supported the Congress. We look forward to reuniting with you all again and meeting new faces!
