Her role is to support the marketing and communications function through administrative, operational, and creative assistance, ensuring smooth management of the ELX member experience, inbox, CRM, and digital channels. Alice underpins the day-to-day delivery of communications, onboarding processes, and marketing initiatives for the ELX community.
