Aviva Canada’s Events team is responsible for planning and executing corporate events, conferences and meetings to deliver meaningful experiences (live and virtual) that align with Aviva Canada’s business objective. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Planner to lead the strategic planning, execution and performance management of a wide portfolio of events. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Corporate Events, and will provide expert guidance on venue selection, budgeting, and logistical planning to ensure seamless event execution. The ideal candidate will excel at handling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality events that align with organizational goals.
