ELX's First Think Tank of 2024 Explores the Power of AI in Personalized Experiences with LinkedIn’s Ronni Schorr
ELX is thrilled to reveal its first Think Tank of 2024, promising an engaging exploration into the intersection of AI and Personalized Experiences with LinkedIn's Ronni Schorr, offering insights into how artificial intelligence can transform and elevate audience interactions.

A few years ago, some suspected that AI might be an event industry buzzword or fad that that would come and go. However, as we leave 2023 - AI is now driving efficiencies across multiple areas of our businesses.

From streamlining event planning and agenda writing, to data crunching and sponsor sourcing (thanks ChatGPT!), it is certainly starting to cement itself as a long term addition to our toolkit. But, whilst the rise of AI is certainly helping productivity in certain areas of our businesses, the spotlight is now shining heavily on how the intelligence can really drive personalized experiences for our audiences.

According to research by creative studio C2, 71% of attendees expect some level of personalization during an event. Additionally, a lack of personalization would taint their view of an event for 76% of attendees. And this is where AI could really be a game changer for the future of our events and audience experience.

So, how can we leverage AI to enhance personalization? Where are event teams starting to see success in this area? And what can we implement, practically, that will really make a difference?

Join Chloe Richardson and ELX champion Ronni Schorr, Global Head of Onsite Experiences at LinkedIn, to explore together how artificial intelligence can help us to truly personalize experiences for our audiences.

ELX members can now secure their spot to be part of the conversation - there are limited spaces as always, so don't miss out!
